Julian has had to go head to head with some very entrenched anti-gay bigots in the NAACP. Leading the charge against gay rights is the youngest daughter of MLK Jr.; she is so tiresome and she and the one brother are slowly moving the King legacy away from their mother's opinion on gay equality to a more religiously conservative point of view. The King children are currently in-fighting about legacy control and product marketing among other things.
